As an educator of Wellness & Ayurvedic Nutrition, registered Yoga Teacher & crusader for whole-body nourishment, my intention is to give you the tools you need to look and feel your best.
I am thankful for my team of yoga instructors, nutritionists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and integrative doctors, each who has provided me with knowledge that has revolutionized my lifestyle. After years of struggling with undiagnosed food allergies, digestive issues, an autoimmune thyroid condition, and nutrition deficiencies, I am finally glowing. I would love to help you get your glow, too.
My tools for unlocking your radiant potential include a blend of Ayurvedic education, nutrition inspiration, guided detoxes + courses, and lots of encouragement along every step of your journey. I offer my clients support via email or phone whenever questions or concerns arise as they work to achieve their nutrition and wellness goals.
I believe in order to feel better, you must be better to yourself, you must be aware of your whole self - your body, your mind, your spirituality, and your environment - and how each factor, everything you do and surround yourself with, contributes to your nutritional well being. I do what I do because I am dedicated to getting you results and helping you to live a more radiant and healthy life, and ultimately I aim to create a more healthy global environment.
I believe that it is when we begin to treat food as raw medicine, our kitchen becomes a place to find spiritual and physical balance. Every meal prepared with thought and the goal of nourishment in mind is a quest to achieve whole body wellness, disease prevention, restoration and love. As a global community, we need to eat for healing, eat what fuels our bodies instead of eating things that create inflammation and disease. To do this, on an individual level , we each need to be aware of what foods are toxic to our health, and what are clean, nourishing superfoods. When we are truly aware, we become living medicine. I am here to help you get there, each step along the way.
Inspired by how yoga helped her to become aware of her power and strength as well as find balance in her life, Fern completed the 200-hour teacher training program at Yoga People, becoming a Yoga Alliance-certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor. She creates classes that challenge the body and the mind, yet are not intimidating, and are accessible to all levels. Fern aims to help others find awareness of their self and help them to overcome challenges they face both on and off the yoga mat. These classes are FREE as part of the Compass Yoga Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on improving the health of all people by teaching the therapeutic benefits of yoga and meditation.
